PAHO/WHO along with United Nations Agencies, Funds and Programmes in Jamaica jointly celebrated the 73rd anniversary of the birth of the United Nations, with UN Day 2018 on Wednesday, 24 October.

The 2018 event was staged at the Alfred Sangster auditorium, the University of Technology on 24 October. Minister of State in the Ministry of Education, Youth and Information, Hon. Floyd Green gave the keynote address. United Nations Resident Coordinator, Bruno Pouezat, played host to some 500 students, members of Jamaica’s diplomatic corps and fellow Heads of UN Agencies in the country. Read more >>>
